7. Shipping Charges

Olivaren charges a flat standard shipping fee of $6.99 per order for eligible U.S. orders.

The standard shipping fee does not vary based on product category, number of eligible items, order value, or supported U.S. destination.

There are no undisclosed standard shipping surcharges. Any charge payable by the customer is displayed before payment is completed.

8. United States Shipping Only

Olivaren currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Orders requiring delivery outside the United States cannot be fulfilled under our current shipping policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate U.S. shipping address.

9. Order Cut-Off and Processing

Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET begin processing on the next business day.

Our standard handling and preparation time is 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, which may include payment and order verification, product preparation, packaging, shipping label creation, and transfer to the applicable carrier.

10. Shipping and Delivery Time

After processing, estimated shipping transit time is 2–5 business days, Monday through Friday.

The estimated total delivery period is approximately 3–7 business days (1–2 business days handling + 2–5 business days transit). Some packages may arrive earlier than estimated.

Delivery estimates are not absolute guarantees because carrier delays, weather, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances outside our direct control may affect the final delivery date.

11. Shipping Carriers

Olivaren may use USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The specific carrier used for a customer order may depend on destination, fulfillment requirements, and carrier availability. Selecting standard shipping does not guarantee use of a particular carrier.

12. Order Confirmation

After an order is submitted, customers may receive an order confirmation electronically to acknowledge that we received the order.

We may review the order for payment authorization, product availability, address accuracy, suspected fraud, or pricing/technical errors. An order may be canceled if it cannot be properly fulfilled, and an appropriate refund will be issued if payment has already been collected.

16. 30-Day Return Policy

Eligible products purchased directly from olivaren.com may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery provided they are in original condition, unused, unworn, include original tags/packaging/accessories when applicable, and have not been altered or intentionally damaged.

17. Return Shipping

Approved eligible returns receive free return shipping. After review and acceptance, we will send a prepaid return label by email for the customer to download, print, and attach securely to the package.

For an ordinary customer-initiated return, the original $6.99 outbound shipping charge is generally not refundable, unless we sent the wrong product, the product arrived damaged/defective, the return resulted from our fulfillment error, or applicable law requires the charge to be refunded.
